"My journey so far has gone through many real estate transactions. It was starting one of those that introduced me to Connie Kautz. It was 2015, and my fiancé and I were given Connie’s name as a local realtor to interview for our purchase and sell transactions. We contacted her, and made an appointment to interview her to be “our realtor”. She showed up prepared to discuss what our wants and must-haves were for the home we were looking for and how to market the home we lived in. After she left Kevin, said to me “She’s the gal, but interview more if you want”. So Connie became our realtor. Poor Connie, I wonder if she really knew what she was getting into with Kevin and me as clients (over 30 properties shown). Suffice it to say that she is not only professional but caring and compassionate as well. Kevin passed away the day after we finally chose and made an offer on a home. I was a mess and she told me not to worry she would take care of everything and she did. Fast forward just over a year later, it is time for a change which meant a move out of state. I called Connie to take care of selling my home. Now it was my pleasure to meet not just Connie but the two other members of her team. This was an amazing experience, team Kautz is everything plus a ribbon on top that a seller could ask for. We had procured a buyer, who three weeks into the transaction, backed out of the escrow. Now it was crunch time, this powerhouse team cleaned up that mess and got us another buyer in less than a week. Not only did they find me another buyer we closed the new escrow a week earlier than the first one was scheduled for. These women are simply amazing! Now I will introduce you to this team that I have great respect for and admire beyond belief. Let’s start with Kimberly. Kimberly came with Connie to look at the house and right away knew what to do for it to sell quickly. She came back and staged the home to show off its attributes, held an open house or two, and brought potential buyers through. All the while helping to deal with my crazy questions, texts, and phone calls. Next is Cristie. Without her organizational skills and eye for detail, this would never have been as good an experience as it was. Cristie held it all together through both buyers, coordinated all the players, and dealt with my insanity as well. Always, calm, kind, and accurate with any information she gave me. Connie, there aren’t enough words for me to express how great this woman is. She really did “take care” of me through the ups and downs of this transaction. And did everything in her power to make sure it not only sold but resold and closed literally, as soon as possible. And I have a feeling there may be some Goddess-like powers going on there. If you’re looking for the very best there is to get a home bought, sold or both look no further this is the only team to use. They are the very best there is period and “Thank you” from me will never be enough."
